MyoWrap

The MyoWrap is a very strong and thin elastic band that can be wrapped around areas of the body to help relieve tension, reduce inflammation and improve mobility. Perfect for warm ups, cool downs and taking care of sports injuries.

How to use the MyoWrap:

• Wrap around target joint/area of strain or swelling
• If using for swelling, always start with furthest region of the limb/joint and moving upwards towards the body keeping 25% of the previous wrap covered
  
• Once MyoWrap is on, move joint or limb through its full range of motion for a maximum of 90 seconds
• Only move through tolerable discomfort and avoid severe pain, numbness and tingling
• Remove the band and repeat, allowing at least 30 second intervals in between sets

How the MyoWrap Works:

• Creates compression that releases tension throughout myofascial tissues
• Helps to increase blood and lymphatic flow, bringing in more oxygen and nutrients while removing waste products that contribute to inflammation and soreness
