Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Domestic (within Canada): 3-7 business days
    • US shipping: 7-21 business days
  • Express Shipping:
    • Domestic (within Canada): 1-3 business days
    • US shipping: 3-10 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping:
    • Orders over $80: Free Standard Shipping
    • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $5.00
    • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $15.00
  • US Shipping:
    • Orders over $100: Free Standard Shipping
    • Orders under $100: Flat rate of $20.00
    • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $30.00

International Shipping

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Myolynx is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Delays

Return Shipping
