How to use the MyoRoller:

• Apply gentle pressure and begin rolling back and forth on areas of tension or discomfort in the body.
• Progress by using body weight as leverage against the floor to increase the amount of pressure imposed on the body
• If there is an area that is particularly tender, keep a moderate amount of pressure for 10-20 seconds while moving the limb associated to the area of tension, and then continue massaging
• Use the MyoRoller on Quads, IT bands, hamstrings, glutes, calves, Lats, Traps and more!
• Remember to breathe and relax to the best of your ability while massaging
• Avoid severe pain, numbness and tingling
